Yes, all meal are adaptable and we can change as frequently as your dog needs.
Yes all meals are based off a 80:10:10 ratio, unless the individual dog needs this adapting. Not all dogs can tolerate 10% bone and some dogs with specific needs need lower Offal, all is totally adaptable through using individual components.
Currently the majority of our meat is sourced from Durham animal feeds (Defra approved) and some local sourced meat suppliers for Game.
Yes, we have around 8 proteins we can create meals from, there are a few proteins we do not include such as Pork and Horse but we cover the majority to suit all types of needs.
Once you have settled on a perfect meal blend for your dog you can request amounts to suit you, 2 weekly or 4 weekly orders are our most common.
Currently there is no subscription tie in for primal paws; once you are settled you will be scheduled for the amount of weeks you like and you are sent and invoice the sunday before your order. Orders can be amended or paused up until the Sunday before food is scheduled for.
Yes, from your first consultation we are here to support and advise on transitioning over to our meals, we encourage clients to stay in touch over this period so we can advise in case of any uncertainty.
Absolutely, we encourage frequent contact with us to ensure your dog is happy, things can change, lifestyle changes can affect the meals they need etc so regular communication is key.
We actually sit on par with some of the better quality mass produced minces, We cannot compete with low quality minces because we have individual humans creating your dogs specific meals, trained nutritionists behind the making of them and an extremely personal service to ensure we are not only supporting you but optimising your dogs health with each meal.
You wouldn’t pay the same for a personal chef as you would for a ready meal from a super market.

We offer Friday delivery via DHL countrywide, a local delivery service on a friday by one of our lovely drivers or a collection service from our warehouse in Wimborne for those nearby.
